Why Participate in a Workshop

The workshops I facilitate offer participants a chance to learn, be curious, practice skills, and connect with others. Regardless of the workshop topic, all participants leave with a new sense of self and a vision of how they want to shift something in their lives. Each workshop is comprised of goal setting and experiential work that will assist in reaching those goals.

Courage Connections:

A Dare to Lead™ Workshop

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program. The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable.

The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage building skills through workshops, trainings, and coaching to help individuals, teams, and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.

A Workshop for Expecting Parents

Bringing Baby Home is a workshop for new or expecting parents to prepare for the changes and challenges that come when a family transitions from two adults in the home to now a family of three with an infant.

When a couple decides to expand their family it is commonly a joyous and exciting life decision that is filled with anticipation, hope, love, and a fantasy of what this new joy will bring. And with that joy, couples soon learn that the challenges and changes that come with a baby is a life transition that no one is fully prepared for (although we “think” we are). Family dynamics shift and the relationship between the two of you is no longer just that but you now have a baby who needs constant attention and love.

So the question is…how to keep the we in three??
